NOTES:
Lot 4, Block 11 and Lots 26 and 35, Block 1 are required to provide a 15 foot
setback along the western property boundary per the DA.
Lots 31 and 33, Block 3 are restricted to single story homes only per the DA.
Minimum living area: 2,000 square feet for single story homes per the DA
2,400 square feet for two story homes per the DA
PER the DA, the Planning Department needs to verify the building elevations
before issuance of a building permit. Please inform the person to visit the Planning
Department before submitting plans to Building Services.
Fencing: Any fencing constructed shall be per City of Meridian Requirements.
