2000 SF single story, 2400 SF two story (see plat note 4 for restrictions)
Setbacks: Measured from property line or adjacent sidewalk, whichever is more restrictive
Street: 20’ Interior Side: 7.5’ per story
From living space: N/A (20’) Rear: 15’ OR 25’ if on the perimeter of the
site (not Lots 21-24, Block 3, Lots 19-25,
Block 1.)
Fencing: Any fencing constructed shall be per City of Meridian Requirements and the
DA in effect for this site (NOTE: Very specific fencing requirements of the developer).
Other: Maximum Building Height: 35’ (see plat note 3 for restrictions – some are
restricted to 25’ – these are all along the perimeter of the project, but not all of the
lots along the perimeter)
Direct lot access prohibited to Eagle Road
