Other: Maximum Building Height: 35’ Minimum lot size for attached units only: 2580 s.f. Lot frontage: 30’ Note: Per MFP-08-006 - Fencing to be installed prior to release of occupancy for the Hacienda Subdivision: Approximately 270 feet of 6’ solid fencing shall be constructed along the northern boundary from Meridian Road to the eastern property boundary of Lot 3, Block 2. Additional fencing shall be installed as homes are constructed on the lots and shall be detailed on the site plans submitted to the Building Department. The building inspector shall not release occupancy of the building unless the required fencing is constructed on the home site per the approved landscape plan on file with the Planning Department.
