Notes:
1The size of the garage or carport required for dwelling units shall be measured by exterior dimensions & shall be
at least 10’ x 20’ for a 1 space garage or carport and 20’ x 20’ for a 2 space garage or carport.
2The parking pad shall be measured from the edge of sidewalk or edge of paved travel lane (public street, private
street, or alley) where no sidewalk exists.
Fencing (UDC 11-3A-7): All proposed fencing in residential districts shall comply with the following:

Special Requirements: The rear of structures on Lots 16-19, Block 1 that back up to S. Locust Grove Road and the
rear of structures on Lots 2-5, Block 1 that back up to Wainwright Drive shall incorporate articulation through
changes in materials, color, modulation, and architectural elements (horizontal and vertical) to break up monotonous
wall planes in accord with UDC 11-3A-19 and the Design Manual. - Requires Planning Approval prior to issuance
of building permits.
