Lot Frontage: 10 ft. for flag lots
CUP approval for Multi-family development
PER the DA, the Planning Department needs to verify the building elevations before
issuance of a building permit for auto court lots within Block 3 of Gramercy Subdivision
No. 1. Please inform the person to visit the Planning Department before submitting plans
to Building Services.
