Interior Side Setback: 5 ft.
Street Setback to Garage: Local 20 ft.
Collector: 25 ft.
Street Setback to Living Area: Local 15 ft.
Collector: 25 ft.
Maximum Building Height: 35’
Fencing: Any fencing constructed shall be per City of Meridian Requirements.
Other: The UDC requires a 20’ X 20’ parking pad. The parking pads for the alley
loaded product shall be measured from garage face to edge of paved travel lane (alley).
