Special Requirements: The sides of homes on Lot 2, Block 9 and Lot 13, Block 4 that face S. Kentucky Way shall incorporate articulation through changes in materials, color, modulation, and architectural elements (horizontal and vertical) to break up monotonous wall planes and roof lines - Requires Planning Approval prior to issuance of building permits.
