Notes:
1The size of the garage or carport required for dwelling units shall be measured by exterior dimensions & shall be at least 10’ x 20’

Fencing (UDC 11-3A-7): All proposed fencing in residential districts shall comply with the following:

Special
Requirements: Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the Planning Division shall review all future homes adjacent to N. Meridian Road (Lots 6-12, Block 1) to ensure the rear facades
incorporate a mix of siding materials, windows and decorative trim, pop-outs, covered porches and variations in the roof lines to provide articulation and modulation.
