ON THE CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT (CUP-03-002)
This matter coming on regularly before the City Council on the 8th day of June, 2004,
upon the Applicant's time application for a one (1) year extension on the Conditional Use Permit
(CUP-O3-002), which original Conditional Use Permit was approved on April 18, 2003, as
provided in § 11-17-4, and good cause appearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
The above named Applicant is granted a one (1) year extended period oftime
until October 1, 2005, of this Order for commencing construction on the approved
Conditional Use Permit (CUP-O3-002) for the above entitled subdivision
application.
