NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28,
2016 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application
H-2016-0067 by SCS Brighton, LLC for a Modification to the
Development Agreement for TM Creek to remove the requirement
for the Final Plat to be recorded prior to applying for building
permits for TM Creek generally located southeast corner of W.
Franklin Road and S. Ten Mile Road

than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
