NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2016 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the applications H-2016-0055 by Schultz Development
for Rezone of 6.54 Acres of Land from the R-4 to the R-8 Zoning
District; Preliminary Plat Approval Consisting of 33 Building Lots
and 5 Common Area Lots on 5.41 Acres of Land in the Proposed
R-8 Zoning District; and Modification to the Conditional Use
Permit/Planned Development (CUP-02-005) to Change the Ap-
proved Use from Office/Multi-Family to Single Family Residential
located at 2750 S Eagle Road.
