Re: Rescheduling current Cobblefield Crossing Miscellaneous Application Public
Hearing from June 22, 2004, to July 6~', 2004
Dear Mayor and Council:
On behalf of Cobblefield Crossing, we submitted a miscellaneous application for a change to the
final plat in regards to a driveway for the original farm house at the property. This residence
and equipment yard initially had two driveways accessing Linder Road. After installing the
required improvements on the common area fronting Linder, the set backs for the improvements
prevented us from installing a driveway from the new subdivision. street, along the front of the
house, in order to access the front entry garage.
We are asking that the hearing set for June 22"d, be moved to July 6`h' as we complete and
compile additional information which will be helpful in explaining and addressing the needed
change.
