NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24,
2016 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the
application H-2016-0019 by Providence Properties, LLC for
Annexation and Zoning of 40.88 acres of land with an R-8 zoning
district AND Preliminary Plat consisting of 197 residential building
lots & 33 common lots on 40.88 acres of land in a proposed R-8
zoning district for Whiteacre Subdivision generally located
southwest corner of N. Meridian Road and W. McMillan Road
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642

than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
