NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24,
2016 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the
application H-2016-0044 by Grace at Fairview Lakes for
Modification to the Development Agreement to change the use
on the northern portion of the site from apartments to an assisted
living and memory care facility for Fairview Lakes generally
located on the north side of E. Fairview Avenue, midway between
N. Meridian Road and N. Locust Grove Road

than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
