NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2016 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the application H-2016-0046 by
Nate Hosac for Conditional Use Permit for a drive-thru
establishment in a C-C zoning district within 300 feet of another
drive-thru facility and existing residences for Chinden and Linder
Crossing—Retail Shell generally located northwest corner of
Chinden Boulevard and N. Linder Road

date listed on this notification.
