NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7,
2016 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application
H-2016-0054 by SCS Brighton, LLC for Modification to the
Development Agreement to include a detailed site plan for Phase
I and allowance for up to 3 building permits to be issued prior to
recordation of the final plat for TM Crossing generally located on
the northeast corner of S. Ten Mile Road and I-84
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642

public hearing and the public

Meridian, Idaho 83642 no later
than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
