The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced conditional use application
for Sonic located 1535 Celebration Avenue south of I-84. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to a Sonic being constructed in this location.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.

Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application.
However, please be advised NMID's Pressurized Irrigation Main Line wit!. a ten foot (10')
easement is located in the common area of this lot and must be protected.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian hrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans.
