Josh,
Thanks you for the staff report.
In addition to my review I forwarded the report onto to the property owner’s so they may also review it.
Maverik is in agreement with the conditions of approval and Planning Commission’s recommendations for approval.
Maverik updates:
1) After the property has been annexed Maverik will apply for a CUP to be able to operate the business 24/7.
2) The phase 2 environmental assessment was ordered on March 23 rd .
