Legal Representatives in Pending Litigation Amended onto the
Agenda: (a) To consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff
member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of
individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or
need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an
elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general.

A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 5,
2016, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Keith Bird, Anne Little Roberts, Genesis
Milam, Luke Cavener and Ty Palmer.
Members Absent: Joe Borton.
Others Present: Bill Nary, Jaycee Holman
