Good morning Mr. Beach,
We continue to have problems with the Third Street complex. We still have no water for irrigation. The
system has not been inspected, the uprights for the shut off valves are not in and apparently a design flaw
does not allow the irrigation water to flow into the pressurized system. With this warm weather our lawns
are suffering! I have personally spent a few hundred dollars putting in the valve system necessary for
irrigation on my property, would be nice to actually have water.
Would this be one of the items on the agenda for the public meeting on Thursday evening?

Ms. Ryker,
The property has received planning approval for several multi-family structure as of January 28 th . The property
is zone O-T, which allows multi-family structures as an allowed use, so no public notice was required as part of
the review.
