NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19,
2016 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application
H-2015-0044 by The Regency at River Valley, LLC for Combined
Preliminary / Final Plat approval consisting of 2 building lots on 14
acres of land in the R-40 and C-G zoning districts for Bach
Subdivision generally located 3400 E. River Valley Street
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642

date listed on this notification.
