NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19,
2016 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application
H-2016-0004 by Darel T. Hardenbrook for Annexation and
Zoning of 0.63 acres of land with a C-G zoning district and
Modification of the existing Development Agreement (Inst.
#109134178) to incorporate parcel #S1107120620 as well as to
modify certain other provisions for Meridian Property Group
located 1139 E. Fairview Avenue

date listed on this notification.
