NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2016 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the application H-2016-0031 by
Trenton Seltzer for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 7
building lots and 1 common lot on 1.737 acres of land in an O-T
zoning district for Third Street Square Subdivision generally
located east of n. Main Street, between Franklin Road and Pine
Avenue
