The Leighton Lateral runs along Ustick Road on the south side of this property. We request that you require the Leighton Lateral to be tiled with 30-inch concrete tile. There is already 30-inch tle east and west of the property. We are requesting concrete file to prevent any future damage, which could be possible with plastc or metal pipe. The Leighton Lateral supplies water to Champion Park Subdivision, Summerf~eld Subdivision, the Davis property, the Hollister property, the school properties(includes two charter schools and one elementary school), Jasmine Acres, property owners Jack Ketlenski, Ed Bollinger, Norman Cook, and Wally Hedrick.
