A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, March
22, 2016, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Keith Bird, Anne Little Roberts, Joe Borton,
and Ty Palmer.
Members Absent: Genesis Milam and Luke Cavener.
Others Present: Bill Nary, Jaycee Holman

Records that are Exempt from Disclosure as Provided in Chapter 3,

Involving Matters of Trade or Commerce in Which the Governing Body
is in Competition With Governing Bodies in Other States Or Nations
Bird: Motion to go into executive session per Idaho State Cord 74-206 1 (a) 1(f).
Borton: Second.
De Weerd: Motion and second to go into executive session.
