1. Pursuant to Idaho Code §67-6526(d) and Ada County Code 9-4-5 the City of Meridian is
requesting renegotiation of Title 9, Chapter 4 of Ada County Code (ACC).
A. The Mayor and City Council would like to discuss potential amendments to
several sections of existing code. Specifically, to discuss 9-4-3, Applicable Plan
Policies and Ordinances and 9-4-4 Coordination of Plan Amendments,
Ordinance Amendments and Zoning Applications.
