RE-NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2016 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the application H-2016-0025 by
Steven Adamson for Conditional Use Permit for a drive-thru
establishment within 300 feet of a residential use and extended
hours of operation from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm per requirement of the
development agreement for Dutch Bros. Coffee located 37 E.
Calderwood Drive
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642

date listed on this notification.
