Pursuant to the
MASTER AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
BETWEEN
CITY OF MERIDIAN (OWNER) AND JUB ENGINEERS (ENGINEER)
This Task Order is made thisZ2' day of October, 2015 and entered into by and between the
City of Meridian, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Idaho,
hereinafter referred to as "City", and accepted by (JUB ENGINEERS), hereinafter referred to as
"Engineer" pursuant to the mutual promises, covenant and conditions contained in the Master
Agreement (Category 1d) between the above mentioned parties dated October 1, 2014. The
Project Name for this Task Order 10023.J is as follows:

FY 2016 On -Call Modeling and Master Planning Support
SECTION 1 — PROJECT UNDERSTANDING
The City of Meridian has requested J -U -B provide on-call modeling and master planning support
services for the CITY's sewer model and recycled water model.
SECTION 2 — OWNER INFORMATION. RESPONSIBILITIES and PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS:
The following data and/or services are to be provided by the City, as applicable, without cost to
J -U -B:
A. Provide on-going review of J -U -B's work and timely considerations of policy issues within a
time acceptable to the CITY and J -U -B.
B. Updated annexations, land use and other planning information in suitable base mapping
format.
C. Most recent sewer system and re -use water system GIS data, as well as other GIS data
needed for the modeling work.
D. Information about sewer and recycled water infrastructure that has been constructed, but not
yet in GIS.
E. Specific information on private development projects requested to be reviewed.

SCOPE OF WORK
SECTION 3 — SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY J -U -B
J -U -B's scope of services is specifically limited to the following:
Task 1 — Protect Management
1.1 Prepare monthly project updates, project management, billing summaries and coordination
with project team and City staff.
Deliverables:
• Monthly Invoicing & Project Status Reports
Task 2 — On -Call Modelina and Master Planning Support
2.1 Sewer Modeling and Master Planning
a) Master Planning: Provide on-call support in the City's implementation of the 2010 Sewer
Master Plan and subsequent planning modifications such as answering general master
plan questions, planning scenarios, flows, service area boundaries, sizing, depths, GIS
coordination, routing of trunk lines, flow monitoring, etc. J -U -B will provide a summary
memorandum for significant analyses as requested by the City.
b) Development Plan Review and Analysis: Provide reviews, analysis and supporting
model runs in the review of private development projects to support Public Works staff.
J -U -B will collate review comments and master plan impacts in a summary memorandum
for each significant review.
c) Sewer Modeling Assistance and Training: Address any sewer modeling questions,
perform modeling updates or maintenance activities, assist with modeling software
updates, and provide training to Public Works staff as specifically requested by the City.
d) Other: Provide other on-call sewer modeling and master planning support as requested
by the City.
2.2 Recycled Water Modeling and Master Planning
a) Provide on-call assistance related to the recycled water model including model runs,
service area scenarios, general questions, training requests, assistance with software
upgrades and other assistance as requested by the City.
Deliverables:
• Summary of on-call assistance provided in email format or sealed summary
memorandum at City's request.
• Updated GIS and/or model files as needed.

TIME OF COMPLETION and COMPENSATION SCHEDULE
The schedule for this project is from an anticipated Notice to Proceed (NTP) in October 2015
through September 2016. Individual on-call tasks will be completed in a timely manner within this
overall schedule with an individual schedules acceptable to both the City and J -U -B.

TASK ORDER TOTAL: $23,500
The Not -To -Exceed amount to complete all services listed above for this Task Order No. 10023.J is
twenty three thousand five hundred dollars ($23,500). No compensation will be paid over the Not -to -
Exceed amount without prior written approval by the City In the form of a Change Order. Any and all
travel will only be reimbursed if pre -approved by the Project Manager, and only per the City of
Meridian Travel Policy. Reimbursable expenses will be paid at cost and only if pre -approved by the
Project Manager. Any travel and/or reimbursables paid will be paid as part of the Not -To -Exceed
Task Order Total per the Compensation and Completion Schedule above.
