RE: H-2016-0029 SHOPS AT VICTORY
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced final plat application for the
Shops at Victory located at the southeast corner of Victory Road and Eagle Road east of SH-69. ITD
has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the proposed project and does not require any mitigation.
2. This project does not abut the State highway system.

The Boise Project Board of Control has no objection to the request for a Final Plat
approval as there are no Project facilities located there; however it does in Fact possess a
valid water right under the New York Irr.)igation District, -not the Nampa -Meridian
Irrigation District, as stated in the application.
Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, Jr. order to serve neighboring
Properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an. appropriate easement.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District ,(NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application since all storm water is being retained on site. However, all water deliveries at this
location fall under the jurisdiction of the Boise Project Board of Control.
Please contact Bob Carter, Boise Project- Board of Control, at 208-344-1141, 2465 Overland
Rd. Room 202 Boise, ID 83705-3173; for any comment regarding irrigation facilities that may
be impacted by this project.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
