The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced conditional use modification
application for the Church of God 7th Day located at 1827 NW 3rd Street west of SH-55. ITD has the
following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this application and does not require any mitigation.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site.' If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans.
