In accordance with UDC 11 -5A -6D, please accept this letter as formal notification that we have posted the
required sign on the subject property in regards to the upcoming Planning & Zoning Commission hearing on
March 17, 2016.
On March 4, 2016, one sign was placed on the property at the terminus of Records Avenue at the southeast
corner of the site. Photo documentation of the sign is attached hereto as required.
