Dear Mr. Beaman and Family:
Your email has been received by the Mayor’s Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns
for the proposed changes to development plan for the Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City Clerk
for the record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public hearing. Once an
application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions you may
have regarding the Modification of the Development Agreement or the process.

Subject: Re-zoning near Linder and Chinden
My family will be present at the meeting tonight at City Hall to voice our opinion that we moved to Meridian
under zoning laws that are now being changed. That is simply not right. We did not buy in to having multi-
family units in our neighborhood. Now the rules are changing five years after we moved here.
