The change is to allow multi-family apartments to be built. The zoning currently does not allow 2 for apartments. The land is zoned for commercial which currently there is commercial building going on and more scheduled. I am against the changes due to we already have plenty of apartments in the area. There is also already an increase in traffic with the commercial building. Another factor is the schools in the area are already overcrowded and adding apartments are only going to increase the traffic and overcrowding. I would appreciate your support in not allowing this change. Thank you for your time. Carma Wallace
