Dear Ms. Wallace:
Your email has been received by the Mayor’s Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns
for the proposed changes to development plan for the Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City Clerk
for the record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public hearing. Once an
application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions you may
have regarding the Modification of the Development Agreement or the process.
Thank you for your comments and being part of the public process.

Hello,
I would like to voice my opposition to the proposed zoning changes next to Challenger school on Chinden Blvd.
near Linder. The change is to allow multi-family apartments to be built. The zoning currently does not allow
2
for apartments. The land is zoned for commercial which currently there is commercial building going on and
more scheduled. I am against the changes due to we already have plenty of apartments in the area. There is
also already an increase in traffic with the commercial building. Another factor is the schools in the area are
already overcrowded and adding apartments are only going to increase the traffic and overcrowding.
I would appreciate your support in not allowing this change.
Thank you for your time.
