Dear Ms. Smith:
Your email has been received by the Mayor’s Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns
for the proposed changes to development plan for the Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City Clerk
for the record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public hearing. Once an
application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions you may
have regarding the Modification of the Development Agreement or the process.

We are against re-zoning to multi dwelling along Chinden (Lochsa Falls). We are in the row of homes closest to
the road and our back windows will be facing whatever gets built out there. We were here from the get go
and having businesses there never bothered us. Now that re-zoning is being considered we are very
concerned. We do not want to be looking at multi dwelling structures out of our bedroom windows.
