Once an application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing. I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. We have already been hit on all four sides of this once beautiful sub by apartments, and multi family dwellings. It has brought with it problems, and an undesirable element to our neighborhood.
