Dear Mr. Corkill:
Your email has been received by the Mayor’s Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns
for the proposed changes to development plan for the Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City Clerk
for the record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public hearing. Once an
application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions you may
have regarding the Modification of the Development Agreement or the process.

Subject: Rezoning
As an eleven year resident of Lochsa Falls subdivision, I urge you to vote NO on the proposed re-zoning of
property inside this subdivision currently zoned Commercial, to Multi-family. We have already been hit on all
four sides of this once beautiful sub by apartments, and multi family dwellings. It has brought with it problems,
and an undesirable element to our neighborhood. While these places are a necessary part of any community,
there are more appropriate areas to build them.
