I know that one of the many concerns regarding this project is how it will go against the Comprehensive Plan's key community value number 4. which is "prevent school overcrowding and enhance educational services. 2 I found the following video on the West Ada School Districts website that illustrates just a little bit of the overcrowding that is taking place at some of the area schools but in particular Rocky Mountain High School where two of my children have attended. The overcrowding is a serious problem and adding an apartment building would only cause that to grow more. I realize the district is working on new boundaries to ease these problems, but lets not undo what they will fix by adding these apartments to an already school bursting at the seems. Thank you for your time and consideration. Shane Raine 208-562-9917
