We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns for the proposed changes to development plan for the Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City Clerk for the record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public hearing. Once an application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing. I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding the Modification of the Development Agreement or the process. Thank you for your comments and being part of the public process. My family and I have lived in the beautiful Lochsa Falls subdivision for five years. I honestly don't believe that the current neighborhood schools could manage an influx of children that multi-family apartments would bring. Also, promises were made to the families that live in Lochsa Falls that zoning laws would not change. I believe the city should keep that promise. 2 Sincerely, Jo Beaman
