RE: Zoning change
Dear Mr. Stanford:
Your email has been received by the Mayor's Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns
for the proposed changes to development plan for the Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City Clerk
for the record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public hearing. Once an
application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions you may
have regarding the Modification of the Development Agreement or the process.
Thank you for your comments and being part of the public process.

Subject: Zoning change
Dear Council members,
I am vehemently opposed to this zoning change at the corner or Linder and Chinden, as Meridian voter and a
homeowner of Lochsa Falls subdivision, I'm troubled to hear of news that the zoning change is being considered, I did
not invest hundreds of thousands of my dollars to only have it put at risk by creating more density in this part or
meridian. I certainly understand for the need for more housing and more dense tax base but this is not the place for it.
Chinden traffic is already becoming heavily used and I've yet to see how the city of Meridian and ACHD plan to make it
safer and easier to travel.
I appreciate your time and consideration!!
Mr. Meridian taxpayer
