Dear Mr. Avila:
Your email has been received by the Mayor's Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns
for the proposed changes to development plan for the Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City Clerk
for the record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public hearing. Once an
application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions you may

Subject: Zoning of the land at Chinden and Linder
To whom it may concern,
I am a resident of the Lochsa Falls neighborhood. I am opposed to the rezoning of the land at Chinden and
Linder. This land is already zoned for commercial property which would support and help our economy in
Meridian. Rezoning this land for residential property would over crowd our already crowded schools. it just
doesn't make sense to rezone this land for residential as it would be a disservice to our schools. Keep it
commercial and our neighborhood will thrive. Rezoning to residential would be irresponsible and would
damage our schools.
Thank you for your time,
Anthony Avila
