Dear Ms. Avila:
Your email has been received by the Mayor's Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns
for the proposed changes to development plan for the Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City Clerk
for the record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public hearing. Once an
application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions you may
have regarding the Modification of the Development Agreement or the process.
Thank you for your comments and being part of the public process.

Subject: zoneing of land at Chinder and Linder
To whom it may concern,
I am a resident of the Lochsa Falls neighborhood. I am opposed to changing the zoning of the commercial land to residential land near
my neighborhood. Our schools are overcrowded as it is and bringing in an apartment complex would just make more of a problem for
our schools. This proposal to re -zone this land in question does not make sense and would be irresponsible. Keep the land zoned
commercial as it already is. Businesses would help to support our economy in Meridian. Rezoning to residential would continue to
overcrowd our already crowded schools.
Thank you for your time,
Nancy Avila
