Dear Mr. Windle:
Your email has been received by the Mayor's Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns
for the proposed changes to development plan for the Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City Clerk
for the record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public hearing. Once an
application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions you may
have regarding the Modification of the Development Agreement or the process.
Thank you for your comments and being part of the public process.

Subject: Please keep it zoned as commercial
Hello,
I'm a homeowner in the Lochsa Falls Subdivision & received a flyer mentioning that tonight there is going to be a
meeting at 6pm at the Meridian City Hall where a developer is asking the City Council to change the zoning from
commercial to residential. I am not in favor of this change. We have a great community of homeowners between
Lochsa Falls, Spurwing, & Paramount. An apartment complex seems out of place for this particular area. I am reaching
out to you in order to help the City of Meridian maintain a strong name & keep it safe. In addition to Willow Creek
Elementary School, there is Challenger School, there's a new bar & grill, there's a Tobacco store close by, & to me those
establishments also pose threats to keeping our subdivisions safe by simply the people which they attract. I would like
you all to consider this change taking place if it were your neighborhood and would like you to vote against this proposal
and keep the area in question zoned as commercial as opposed to residential.
Thank you,
