Dear Mr. Kraus:
Your email has been received by the Mayor's Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns
for the proposed changes to development plan for the Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City Clerk
for the record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public hearing. Once an
application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions you may
have regarding the Modification of the Development Agreement or the process.
Thank you for your comments and being part of the public process.

We purchased a home on Boulder Bar Dr in the Lochsa Falls d someday become commercial buildings. It is bothersome
and upsetting to know it may become multi -family apartments. West Everest Lane will become a major access point and
speedway and was not built to support the traffic that multi -family traffic will bring. Please use the example of the
corner of Linder and meridian road. We love the convince of Walgreens, Dutch Bros, Sonic and our orthodontics office
but it's so overcrowded and frustrating using those business since the tide condos was built that we avoid the area. Poor
planning was done allowing condos in that area and I feel strongly poor planning will also allow the multi planning in this
area. I urge you to consider how fast this area is growing and the infrastructure is not in place to handle it. The schools in
this area are so overcrowded the my son has been unable to take a foreign language at Rocky Mountain that might
hinder his college opportunities never less play high school soccer because of overcrowding. For instance the number of
students that tried out for high school soccer doubled that of any school in the West -Ada and Boise districts. I wish my
work schedule could allow me to be at the meeting but I am unable to. If I could track down the petition I will sign it.
Thanks for your time and consideration.
