Your email has been received by the Mayor's Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns
for the proposed changes to development plan for the Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City Clerk
for the record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public hearing. Once an
application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions you may
have regarding the Modification of the Development Agreement or the process.

I am a current homeowner in Lochsa Falls Subdivision. I want to make it clear I am against the zoning change off of
Chinden near Linder (by Challenger School). I do not as a home owner want an apartment complex going in. That is not
what it was zoned for, and our schools are overcrowded as it is. This was not part of the zoning when it was set up to
have a multi family apartment complex and it needs to stay that way!
