Subject: RE: Opposition to Apartments
Dear Mr. Haws:
Your email has been received by the Mayor's Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns
for the proposed changes to the development plan for the Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City
Clerk for the record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public
hearing. Once an application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions you may
have regarding the Modification of the Development Agreement or the process.
Thank you for your comments and being part of the public process.
Sincerely,
Danyele H Jansen van Beek

Subject: Opposition to Apartments
Dear Mayor and City Council Members,
I am writing this email to show my opposition of putting in apartments in the commercial zoned area off
Chinden and Linder. We already have plenty of small unit housing and apartments in the area. There are new
townhouses at Linder/McMillian and the Selway apartments also on McMillian and Kelly Creek.
We need more commercial development in the area not more apartments. Myself and my wife will vote against
anyone who votes FOR this development in the next elections.
Thank you,
Tony Haws
