Dear Tina,
Your email has been received by the Mayor’s Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us
know of your concerns for the proposed changes to the development agreement for the
Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City Clerk for the record and to be
included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public hearing. Once an
application is made, the Mayor and Council can only make comments during the public hearing
process.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer
any questions you may have regarding the Modification of the Development Agreement or the
hearing.
Thank you for your comments and being part of the public process.
My Best,
Mayor Tammy

Dear Mayor,
As a home owner in Kelly Creek Subdivision, I strongly object to the
proposed rezoning of property next to Challenger school on Chinden near
2
Linder. The property is zoned Commercial and that is exactly what we
need here in the great retail wasteland of North Meridian. We need more
services – not more housing units! Our 2 lane roads are already crowded
throughout the day with too many people.
There are still so many housing projects being built. Each month we must
deal with more and more people moving here. It is not fair to us the
homeowners to take away the possibility of service providers to cram even
more people into this area.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Tina M. Hanna
