Subject: Rezone request for Knighthill subdivision
My wife & I have lived in the Lochsa Falls subdivision on Sheep Hill Ct for 10 years. We are
probably are most impacted by the rezoning of Knighthill subdivision than anyone else. Our
home lies at the cusp of Everest Lane where it enters Knighthill subdivision. When we moved
here the zoning was changed from residential to commercial and now attempts are being made to
change it back to residential multiple story apartments. We are opposed to such a change. Mr
Wylie should not be allowed to flip flop the zoning designation at his whim without
consideration to the impact it confers upon the other residents in the area. Thinking Knighthill
would be businesses we invested a lot of money in our backyard landscape and swimming pool
assuming there would be no privacy issues but now a 3 story apartment building with multiple
patios may be staring into our backyard. Please, please, please do not allow this unwise plan for
such a heavy density of people in such a tiny area. Please let Knighthill remain a commercial
parcel for much needed businesses for jobs. We have enough residences. Your wisdom to see
our plight is very much appreciated. Thank you, Jim & LaValle Frisk
