Dear Mr. & Mrs. Kelly:
Your email has been received by the Mayor's Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns
for the proposed changes to development plan for the Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City Clerk
for the record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public hearing. Once an
application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions you may
have regarding the Modification of the Development Agreement or the process.

Subject: Proposed Apartments - Linder & Chinden (Knighthill)
I live in Lochsa Falls S/D in Meridian & am opposing the approval to amend the agreement so the developer
(Wylie) can build apartments on the site (Knighthill Apartments).
We bought in beautiful Lochsa Falls 7+ years ago knowing that that specific acreage was zoned
commercial. Now the developer is seeking to change the game plan.
I realize the City Council does not control the already overcrowded schools & roads, but nonetheless this is a
serious consideration to all homeowners in this area. Our property values will be impacted as well. There are
already plenty of new apartments on Linder & McMillan as well as the Selway Apts. on Goddard Creek &
McMillan.
PLEASE DO NOT APPROVE THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT.
