Dear Ms. Dela Rosa:
Your email has been received by the Mayor's Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns
for the proposed changes to development plan for the Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City Clerk
for the record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public hearing. Once an
application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions you may
have regarding the Modification of the Development Agreement or the process.

Subject: Proposed apartments at Linder and Chinden
I am very concerned about the apartments that could possibly go up on the corner of Linder and Chinden. This
would be a huge impact on the schools in the area as the schools that these kids would go to are already
overcrowded!!
These apartments Go against original zoning --people invested in homes and property believing next to them and
behind them would be other single family residences and commercial facing Chinden. This is a form of
contract between the homeowners and the city and no one expects it to be suddenly overturned just because a
developer asks.
