Your email has been received by the Mayor's Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns
for the proposed changes to development plan for the Knighthill project. I will forward your comments to our City Clerk
for the record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public hearing. Once an
application is made, Mayor and Council are only able to make comments during the public hearing.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions you may
have regarding the Modification of the Development Agreement or the process.

Subject: Meridian Property by Challenger School on Chinden near Linder
Dear City of Meridian,
STOP the building of apartments and townhomes in this area. Our schools in this area are already
overcrowded and this will only add to the overcrowding. Not to mention that there are already 4 schools on
Linder alone that create way too much traffic. We can not get out of Lochsa Falls subdivision in the morning
because of poor planning. More apartments will not be good for this area. We DO NOT WANT THEM
HERE. Please reconsider the zoning in this area we cannot handle more people in such a concentrated area.
