Your email has been received by the Mayor's Office. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know of your concerns
for the proposed changes to development plan for the project in your area. I will forward your comments to our City
Clerk for the public record and to be included in the packet the Mayor and Council members receive for the public
hearing. They are only able to comment on the proposals that come before them during the public hearing.
I have copied Josh Beach, the staff member assigned to this project. He will be able to answer any questions regarding
the Modification of the Development Agreement or the process.
We hope you will be able to attend the hearing.

Dear Folks,
It has come to my attention that the city wants to violate me where it will hurt most. In my bank account. I can
see property values dumping as a result of a bunch of trashy appartements getting built in my neighborhood.
Therefore I am opposed of the building of any and all apartments and or changing the zoning at this time.
